TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS

1. Flinders Ranges Accommodation Booking Service acts as a booking agent for various accommodation properties.

2. For bookings you are required to pay a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made via credit card, Electronic Funds Transfer, cheque, cash or money order.

3. Check in is 2:00pm and Check out is 10:00am for all properties. (This may be negotiated, depending on time of year, other bookings and cleaning schedules)

4. A 2 night minimum period applies to all bookings, with the exception in peak periods for Long Weekends and Easter, 3 night minimum. During peak periods minimum paid beds apply. Peak periods are Long Weekends, Easter and South Australian School Holidays between March and October inclusive.

5. All conditions and tariffs quoted at the time of booking shall be subject to change without notice.

6. PETS, FIREARMS AND OFF ROAD USE OF VEHICLES

6.1 Pets are NOT allowed at most of the properties, properties which do allow pets DO NOT allow the pets inside accommodation.

Flinders Ranges Accommodation Booking Service reserves the right to terminate the tenancy if pets are found to be brought on to the property.

6.2 Firearms ARE NOT permitted on the properties.

6.3 Off Road Use of Vehicles, including Motorbikes, is not allowed, except on specified 4wd tracks. Owners charge a fee for these.

6.4 Campfires are allowed in specific areas on some properties. Other properties do not allow campfires.

NON-SMOKING

7. All properties are non-smoking inside. Please dispose of butts thoughtfully

GUEST NUMBERS

8. The number of guests allowed to stay at the property is strictly as per your invoice of confirmation. In some cases, there is an additional charge for extra guests.

CLEANING

9. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $100 if the property is left particularly messy.

DAMAGE & MISSING ITEMS

10. All properties are rented to you in good faith on the condition that you look after it as it was your own. Any damage caused to the property or its contents, whether reported by you or found by the owner, or items missing from the property, must be paid for. You will be invoiced and charged accordingly.

PAYMENT DETAILS

11. Bookings require a deposit to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer, credit card, cheque, cash or money order. If you do wish to pay via EFT please quote your invoice number. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to all cancellations.
  • If cancelled 4 weeks or more prior to occupancy - no additional charge.
  • If cancelled 3-4 weeks prior to occupancy 50% of cost of accommodation or deposit, whichever is greater If cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to occupancy 100% of cost of accommodation.
