• The shearers quarters are near the homestead of Edeowie but still provide independent living.

• Facilities include all the usual cooking and eating utensils.

• The sleeping arrangements include

  • Four rooms with double beds.

  • Six twin-share rooms.

  • Accommodates 20. One blanket per bed with pillow ou may need to bring extra bedding for cooler months.

• Linen can be hired at $15.00 per double bed and $10 per single bed. Quilts are provided when linen is hired.

• Ducted airconditioning in the bedrooms.

• Electric radiant wall heaters are provided in four twin rooms.

• Kitchen/Dining area,wood and gas stove.

• Fridge,

• Wood heater

• Microwave, electric hot water

• Laundry/bathroom three showers and bath, twin-tub washing machine.

• Two separate modern toilets.

• A highchair is available.

• Gas Barbecue available and campfire ring.

• Rainwater is provided for drinking.

• You need only bring your own linen, towels and food.

• Pets, Firearms, Trail bikes or off-road use of vehicles are not allowed on this property.

  Minimum deposit of $40.00 is required within 7 days to confirm booking.

  The balance of the tariff is due at least 28 days before your stay. Deposits are 50% refundable until the balance due date.

  Cancellation Policy.

  After the full tariff has been paid a refund will only be made, less administration fees if we are able to replace the booking.

  If however the full tariff has been paid prior to the due date and a cancellation is made greater than 28 days before the date of your arrival, the tariff will be refunded less 50% of your deposit.

  We are prepared to transfer bookings if given adequate notice.
