When you make a reservation you are the only occupier of this building you do not share with other guests.

Minimum nights and beds apply for peak periods which are South Australian School and Public Holidays from March to October.

From Hawker, Glenlyle is approximately 15Kms North east of Hawker and 5Kms North of the Warcowie road.

The cottage is approximately 600 metres from the homestead but still provides private independent living.

Minimum deposit of one nights tarrif is required within 7 days to confirm booking.

The balance of the tariff is due at least 28 days before your stay. Deposits are 50% refundable until the balance due date.

Cancellation Policy.

After the full tariff has been paid a refund will only be made, less administration fees if we are able to replace the booking.

If however the full tariff has been paid prior to the due date and a cancellation is made greater than 28 days before the date of your arrival, the tariff will be refunded less 50% of your deposit.

We are prepared to transfer bookings if given adequate notice.
