All these holiday cottages are single bookings for single units; there are no other guests. Some properties require a two night minimum booking, if approved a one night booking will attract a $15.00 surcharge. All accommodation is fully self contained. You need only to bring linen, (unless hiring) towels, and food/groceries. All cottages have at least 1 blanket per bed and pillow except Moxan's.

 Bookings of two night minimum may apply except at Willow Springs, Edeowie House and Meaney's Rest.

Please note configuration of beds at Edeowie House can be changed and The Homestead at Willow Springs has a sofa bed.

Rivett's Cottage , Windana Cottages and Wonoka Cottage are not registered for Goods And Services Tax.  (GST)

Minimum nights and beds apply for peak periods which are South Australian School and Public Holidays from Easter to October.

Deposit of first night base rateis required within 7 days to confirm booking.

The balance of the tariff is due at least 28 days before your stay.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy.

Deposits are 50% refundable until the balance due date.

After the full tariff has been paid a refund will only be made, less administration fees if we are able to replace the booking. If however the full tariff has been paid prior to the due date and a cancellation is made greater than 28 days before the date of your arrival, the tariff will be refunded less 50% of your deposit. We are prepared to transfer bookings if given adequate notice.
