This quaint cottage was buit in 1890 it offers panoramic views of the Flinders Ranges and is easy walking distance to all the town facilities.
This seven roomed cottage is a self contained holiday cottage, ideal for a family.

The cottage is carpeted throughout and has 3 comfortable bedrooms.
One bedroom with a double bed, One bedroom with Queen double bed and One bedroom with two single beds.
The lounge room has a colour TV with video/DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning..
The Fully self contained kitchen has a medium size refrigerator / freezer, microwave, electric stove, electric toaster, electric frying pan and hot and cold water.
Air conditioning (cool only) in the KIitchen and Double bedroom.
Two electric heaters are also supplied for use in any room.
The bathroom/laundry contains shower, hand basin, toilet and laundry trough. An iron and ironing board are supplied and a laundromat is nearby.
A small clothes line is on the property.
Rain water for drinking and hot water.
No pets allowed.
Minimum deposit of $40.00 is required within 7 days to confirm booking.
The balance of the tariff is due at least 28 days before your stay.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy.
Deposits are 50% refundable until the balance due date.
After the full tariff has been paid a refund will only be made, less administration fees if we are able to replace the booking. If however the full tariff has been paid prior to the due date and a cancellation is made greater than 28 days before the date of your arrival, the tariff will be refunded less 50% of your deposit. We are prepared to transfer bookings if given adequate notice.
