These are some of the features of this property where you may choose to relax in one of the magnificent stony creekbeds in the shade of towering red gums, listening to the symphony of bird song. A wide variety of birds can be observed on Willow Springs Station including the rare Short - tailed Grasswren found in Stokes Hill Lookout paddock. Birds are in old triodia on slopes and in particular on tops of ridges, often near sparse grass trees. A mud map is supplied by Willow Springs Station. Clients staying on Willow Springs Station are welcome to bring their own horses, to utilise our stock yards and to ride in privacy on a number of marked trails and station tracks. Hay and overnight camps are available upon request.

Willow Springs is an operating sheep station in the Flinders Ranges area of South Australia. Willow Springs is a 70,000 acre property, located approximately 21 Kms North of Wilpena Pound.

 

The station neighbours the Flinders Ranges National Park. Willow Springs can be reached from the Wilpena-Blinman-Arkaroola road just north of the Stokes Hill Lookout.

The picturesque setting neighbours the Flinders Ranges National Park and is central to all popular drives and destinations in the region.

Willow Springs offers true bush hospitality in a quiet secluded setting. Offering private and comfortable accommodation for small or large groups of people.

Willow Springs also features secluded bush campsites, amenities including a camp kitchen, marked walking trails, marked mountain bike trails and is home to the Skytrek Tour.

Pets, Firearms, or off-road use of vehicles are not allowed on this property.

An exception for four wheel drive vechiles and bikes is access to SKYTREK by payment of fee to the owners.
